Visiting this website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties when you open a page.

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

When you contact us

If you write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail, we receive your name, phone number or e-mail address and your message. We use them only to answer you and to prepare a demo or an offer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). WhatsApp is operated by Meta; e-mail is handled by Google. We delete the conversation when it is no longer needed, at the latest 24 months after our last contact, unless we sign a contract with you.

When you call a demo assistant

Our demo assistants are AI and say so at the start of every call. A demo call is handled, recorded and transcribed by Retell AI, Inc. (USA). Booking details you give (for example a name, phone number and time) are stored on our server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH), and a confirmation may be sent to you on WhatsApp (Meta). We use this data only to run the demo and improve it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). If you send our WhatsApp assistant a voice message, it is transcribed to text by Groq, Inc. (USA); we do not keep the audio. Call recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically after 30 days, and booking details 30 days after the booking date. Ask us at any time and we delete them sooner.

When we answer calls for a business

When our AI receptionist answers calls or messages for one of our clients (for example a restaurant or a clinic), that business is the data controller and we process the data on its behalf under a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28). Please contact the business directly about that data.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers above are based in the USA. Where a provider is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, transfers rely on that framework; otherwise they rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to felipe@3bxsolutions.com; we reply within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Hungary this is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu.
