Does the caller know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Every assistant introduces itself as an AI assistant of your business, as the EU AI Act requires. What annoys customers is a phone nobody answers, not an honest AI that books them in.
What happens when it can't answer something?
It never invents. It takes the customer's name, number and question, tells them a person will call back, and sends you the request immediately. You choose which topics always go to a human.
Does it work with my booking system?
We connect to the system you already use. If yours has no connection available, bookings arrive in a shared booking calendar and your team confirms them in one tap. We check compatibility before you pay.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number stays the same. Calls your team doesn't pick up — or all calls after hours — are forwarded to your AI receptionist. You choose the rules.
What about GDPR and recordings?
Callers are told at the start of the call that they are speaking to an AI assistant. The booking database runs on our server in Germany. Voice and AI processing is done by providers based in the US (such as Retell AI, Anthropic and, for WhatsApp, Meta) under EU data-transfer safeguards. We sign a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28) with you that lists every provider, and recordings and transcripts are deleted after an agreed period (30 days by default).
How do payments work?
Setup: 50% to start, 50% when it goes live. Monthly plan billed in advance, cancel with 30 days' notice. Bank transfer against an invoice in EUR.
