Is data stored in the EU?
Yes. n8n runs on EU infrastructure. Conversation logs land in your own Google Sheet or CRM. Claude calls go to EU-eligible endpoints where available.
How long does Meta verification take?
Typically 24–72 hours. We start the paperwork on day one so it is cleared by day four.
What if a customer asks a question the AI cannot answer?
The reply is queued for human approval in Slack. Your team taps once to send, edit, or escalate.
Can we keep using WhatsApp manually?
